Overall Comment:"The product is very good and really addresses most needs that an in house legal department needs in a contract management solution. However, what truly makes Sirion stand out is their customer service. It is better than any vendor that I've worked with before. They are always ready, willing and able to address any question or concern, work to come up with solutions to potential issues, and their communication and follow-up is one of a kind. "
I like the intuitive user interface, the customizable workflows, and the reporting capabilities.
The contract template/clause creation is somewhat complex and cumbersome.
