The product is lightweight and easy to boot up, the product integrates with our in-house data and communications almost seamlessly, and the search function is incredibly quick for what it does.
One first use it can be a bit hard to "get used to" searching for internal information, it's a very novel product, so it takes a bit of training. Not a huge dislike.
