There are no dislikes for this enterprise solution. We have been using it for a long time. Being a product from Oracle, the support is great. You can easily integrate the platform with other third party software. The platform is scalable, secure and robust. The deployment of the solution is also ok. Oracle technical engineers help you to configure, customize and install the platform for your organization. Being a single solution for all HR related activities and operations, it provides a centralized dashboard for better management.
