Intuitive admin console UI makes it easy to improve query performance and boost/decay content as required. Automated relevance tuning means manual intervention is limited. New generative AI answering feature.
Features are deprecated with little communication, often when we go to look for solutions we discover that the best/easiest way to fix an issue has recently been deprecated or Coveo are planning to deprecate it. This should be resolved when we migrate away from using JSUI.
