Overall Comment:"I appreciate the intuitive design of certain features and I think the platform has a lot of potential. The support you get from the team is great and hands on. Most features are easy to use. However, there have been a lot of issues that have taken a while to fix and have made us lack trust in new features. Better testing, more consistent user experience across modules, and prioritisation of issue resolution would improve the reliability of the platform"

What do you like most about the product or service?

Building journeys are very straightforward - nodes are clearly defined and easy to use. Segment creation is also user friendly. The scheduling process overall is seamless and efficient, and the same goes for the drag and drop editor. I value being able to preview the segment size and campaign details before scheduling an email.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

Stability of new features: new features often don't work as expected. It seems there's a stronger focus on launching new functionalities rather than refining existing ones. Consistency across systems: the platform feels fragmented, as though different systems or modules were developed independently. This inconsistency is reflected in design and feature availability. Eg. Conditional blocks are only available in regular campaigns - no A/B test - and click rates are limited to campaigns, not automations Incomplete / unreliable features: Some features eg. Banner Personalization has never worked correctly and the issue was never resolved Process / feature limitations: There are strict limits on the number of blocks, conditions, and time ranges in segment building. Similarly, the product recommender has limited functionality Reporting limitations: the engagement dashboard is helpful but is restricted to data from the past 90 days which limits long term performance tracking
