The workflows, import agent and quick fields tools were easy to build and run smoothly, saving a great deal of time on scanning projects. End users that search for documents require very little training since the software is so intuitive. "
Quick Fields tool, along with the workflow, makes scanning payment packets for the Business Office so efficient with very few key strokes since it finds the check number, queries the payment file, populates the metadata key fields, then renames and moves the documents to vendor folders automatically. The Import Agent, along with the workflow, allows our Student Services and Registrars to easily scan student documents into Student Folders. The OCR performed allows for better searching capabilities outside of key fields.
Prior to the most recent upgrade, there were complaints of slowness, which have been resolved with our new three-server setup.
