Overall Comment:"Coupa has greatly helped in our business operations, not only by automating manual tasks, but also in streamlining processes and strengthening controls. We were able to revisit and re-design our processes which allowed us to focus on more value-add and efficient ways of doing business. Further, our migration to Coupa allowed us to shift from multi-platform legacy systems to a single platform, while achieving the same goals and benefitting so much more."

What do you like most about the product or service?

First of all, Coupa is very dynamic and easy to deploy. It was able to deliver not only our requirements for PR and Travel & Expense but also addressed user pain points and catered to our "nice-to have" list. Users were able to transition quickly and easily recognized key benefits such as quicker turn-around time, status visibility, accessibility and convenience. Second, it strengthened controls by translating our policies/ guidelines into system embedded logic and/ or checks. It was able to implement our complex approval flow, institute spending caps, and provide transaction guides such as enforcing contract approval prior to requisitions. Analytics and canned reports were also helpful for audit purposes and likewise used to identify opportunities to better improve our processes. Lastly, the engagement of relationship manager is superb. There is solid after-implementation support through tracking of our performance dashboard. The relationship manager is keen on deploying deliberate efforts to help us improve on our scores and achieve the goals we have set prior to system go-live.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

There is still opportunity to improve on the mobile application and to have more functionalities available as that in the web. Improve on providing more canned reports in the analytics.
