Definitely it's configurability. As I often mention, Ivalua's kind of a Lego: you don't get to chose the shape and color of the bricks, yet you can build pretty much anything you wish with it
1/ The release management (projects / evols / maintenance) can be challenging, especially if your applicative architecture is complex. 2/ The solution is so open and customizable that when a feature cannot be modified, it tends to be frustrating 3/ The product's roadmap is so broad and the product evolves so fast that some features one could consider basic are not prioritized
