Overall Comment:"Fast Track and BD Team are really good, the collaboration and relationship works really well. Product (D365) lacks several basic functions for which ISVs had to be implemented. Good (implementation) Partner network. Solutions provided by the technical team (MS) to problems encountered are below average. Good knowledge sharing forums from the CABs. Embedded automations / agents (for efficiency gains) in the product are a long way to being deploy-able at scale for all environments (especially if there are customisations in)"
It provides a stable and user friendly (intuitive) environment
D365 Product cannot handle mass data; it requires a long time (weekends, overnight) to process large data sets in batches
