Overall Comment:"Overall, if I look back my experience with HROne is great and I have received exceptional support from the time of Implementation and after we went live. We get proper training and the team also organizes brush up webinars and training sessions so that we can learn the software fully and can make maximum use of it. All features and processes wise I found HROne a good HRMS tool to use."
1. Knowledge base that the team has created for all the people that have access to HR Desk. They can read out the complete process and can use the feature. 2. Surveys can easily be shared to employees. Employees can fill out the answers and here we can download an excel report. 3. We can take acknowledgement from employees for all letters that are issued to them. 4. There is a feature of ESS lock, If employee is not completing his tasks pending in his inbox system will not allow to raise his any personal request. 5. We can restrict the employee to mark his attendance from a defined area and from a defined device using feature of Geo Fencing. 6. Employees can submit their expenses and travel requests. 7. Regular training sessions and webinars are being organized by the team which is very helpful.
1. CXO dashboard and HR Analytics features are not that much developed so we are not able to get insightful data from it. 2. Punches are recorded in real time but Attendance status Absent or Present will be visible the next day. This creates dissatisfaction among employees. 3.In 360 feedback process there should be a section for self evaluation also which is currently missing. 4. If an employee profile is created we will not be able to delete it completely.
