The most valuable feature is the platform's sheer breadth of capabilities which includes data integration, data quality, governance and master data management into a single, unified cloud platform. The AI and machine learning engine, Claire, is quite impressive as well. The best feature is the pre-existing connector library allowing for a true low-code/no-code experience to connect and integrate data from a variety of sources whether on prem or on the cloud
The platform can be complex and expensive. The consumption based pricing model is a good starting point but if not managed properly, it can lead to a higher overall cost
