Overall Comment:"VTEX has enabled a major step forward in our digital transformation, delivering a modern platform that aligns well with our long-term growth strategy. Their team (especially the architects) was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and results-driven throughout the implementation process and remains so post-cutover. The admin interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has helped with onboarding and daily operations. That said, having more 3rd party integrations would reduce the need for custom work in future phases (even though most of our custom development stemmed from our own business rules, not platform gaps). We've only been live on VTEX for a few months, but we are happy with the product so far and look forward to the future."

What do you like most about the product or service?

The admin UI/dashboard is modern and intuitive. Managing the catalog, promotions and even some KPI tracking capability straight from the admin was something we weren't used to and it was great not having to switch between different apps (as we did while on our legacy system). The VTEX team members assigned to us were/are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Documentation is excellent.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

Need more native integrations with 3rd parties to reduce complex customization. Also, it seems the true power of the VTEX platform is not fully realized unless most components of the commerce system are VTEX products. Some parts of VTEX (e.g., ticketing system, some documentation, emails) are still in Portuguese and may pose a challenge for some business users.
