Visibility for all departments to be able to add and create work requests on the spot. The ability to track progress as it’s happening across the facility. The accountability of being able to assign tasks to users directly.
using the huddle to communicate has been challenging for some users to see. specific assets could be better organized or categorized, updates send email notifications but you cant reply in the email to any questions or issues, need to open the app and each individual work request before you can respond.
