What do you like most about the product or service?

One of the standout features of Peoplestrong is its clean and intuitive user interface. The design is modern, responsive and easy to navigate, which significantly reduces the learning curve for new users. Whether accessing the platform via desktop or mobile, the experience is consistent and smooth. In addition to the product, I appreciate the platform's end-to-end HR automation, which streamlines processes across the employee lifecycle. The AI-powered chatbot i.e., Jinie further enhances accessibility and engagement, especially for a distributed workforce.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

While Peoplestrong is strong and offers a robust and comprehensive HR platform, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. 1. Reporting and analytics module, although functional, can sometimes feel limited in terms of customization and visualization options. More flexibility in building custom reports and dashboards would greatly enhance usability for data-driven teams. 2. Some features are nested too deeply or labeled in ways that aren't immediately clear to new users, which can lead to confusion or require additional training. 3. Integration with third party tools, especially niche or industry specific platforms can be a bit challenging and may require additional support or customization.
