Overall Comment:"One of our key objectives was to deliver a great user experience and intuitive UI which Coupa actually offers & it met our expectations. Coupa's automation and customization capabilities has reduced the manual overhead on our AP teams. We were able to use these capabilities and introduce additional controls in system which strengthened the system controls and helped us be compliant. For Admins specifically, it offers a very intuitive admin configuration which makes it super easy for new joiners to understand and use the system."
Compliance: Coupa has ensured that they have implemented all the legal/Statutory/compliance requirements within their tools such as e-invoicing. This has reduced dependency on third party tools and Coupa has become a central source for all geographies. Support from CAM/CSM/Support Team - CAM/CSM team are really supportive and keeps us informed with Industry trends, product enhancements, best practices, along with and providing exclusive support with any system issues or queries. Community Insights: Coupa has a large user base and customers that are connected via a Coupa community portal. This gives all customers an ecosystem to interact with each other and share ideas or suggest enhancements. AI Innovation: Coupa is making impressive advancements in AI by adding new agents with new releases. Their future roadmap will give capability to customers to design agents for themselves which shows Coupa's commitment to future ready, intelligent automation.
While Coupa offers a lot of features, customization options and excellent services, the only area of improvement that i see is customer specific enhancements. As a SaaS product, it's understandable that prioritizing individual requests would be difficult or challenging. However, in the future I would like Coupa to better manage the enhancement intake process to action on customer needs.
