I have totally enjoyed using Workiva because it has helped me and my team tremendously by creating a collaborative environment that allows every member of the accounting team to work cohesively yet independently to achieve our goals and objectives. The platform has a clean and simple user interface that every team member can use without extensive training and the Workiva support team has worked hand in hand with my team to onboard the software and also provide assistance when required. My experience has been very satisfactory.

We were told that the tool had more capabilities than what it had. Workiva has been a great partner in trying to make it right; however, there are still many limitations. It ended up taking a year longer than the estimated implementation timing advised up-front of 8-12 weeks. There has sense been leadership organizational changes as a result to address these issues.
