Nintex form & workflow tool is a good help to make a usable  application without IT Help. There is a learning site on Nintex website  and with this help we can understand how we build form and workflow on the sharepoint site.
Sharepoint and Sharepoint Designer are not allways easy. Sharepoint Designer is too complicated. But with Nintex tools we can create easier.
Company needs this tool to make administritave workflows easier without IT support. Till this time in any time we need IT support to build a new workflow - it was slow and expensive. We hope with Nintex it will change.

The Nintex workflow product makes creating workflows on SharePoint easier with the graphics workflow designing, along with pictures and help guides. 

Compared to the SharePoint standard workflow designer, Nintex allows Business Analysts to create their own workflows without the need for programming knowledge.  But I would recommend doing the workflow designing online courses.

I have used Nintex DocGen(Drawloop) for Document generation when I was in my previous company. The product is very helpful to automate brochure generation using Salesforce objects/fields/Reports. The tool is user friendly. Easy to learn and configuration can be done with point and click. It provides single and multiple Document generation. We can create custom predefined templates with images, text, etc. Templates can be filled dynamically by merging Salesforce object fields. It provides delivery options such as Email , Download, Send to Document Queue. Also it provides several document type options PDF, Excel, Powerpoint, Word and you can use custom code with the tool. As a security feature, you can provide access to the DDP by giving access using Salesforce Profile, Permission set, Group, etc. Also Learning materials are available for the product. You can download the app in Salesforce App Exchange. It was great experience overall.
