Overall Comment:"Overall experience was okay. But I feel the UI is a little cluttered. Secondly, the onboarding experience has a few questions like team size and all which feel redundant at one point. The search capability is good and ticket creation is also streamlined. At few places, AI could have been used where you input ticket in a jittery way and the system automatically understands it and improves it, it would save a lot of time. "
Sprint planning templates are really useful, they remove the overhead of thinking, notifications also make sure that you are synced on time. The ability to create a customised task dashboard gives you better flexibility when you want to razor focus.
pricing sometimes feels a little steep. Integrations are good but when I tried Slack and Clickup, I had to use documentation back and forth, it could have been as simple as possible. Messages inside a thread cannot be created as tickets, which would be more relevant than creating tickets from standard ones. It gets slow sometimes which makes the user lose a few seconds every time they open a ticket, which accumulates to create a bigger impact.
