Overall Comment:"Working with the DealHub team and DealHub product to implement a Quote to Cash process was overall a good experience. DealHub has a robust Knowledge Center and a very knowledgeable and quick to respond support ticketing system. Their Support team was instrumental in our implementation, answering questions about features, issues, and ensuring that we had all of our questions answered. Although our implementation was not seamless (what implementation is?), we were able to deliver a useable product that the Sales team is happy with! There are some features that DealHub has not delivered on like delegated signers and they don't use a Contract Model that the team will have to work around. The deployment process from Sandbox to Production is incredibly simple, definitely made going live a lot simpler! Versioning has also been really great to work with to deploy new changes as we make adjustments and fix bugs."
The strength of DealHub is the ease of configuration and their Support team. It is simpler than some other CPQ products, making it easier to hand off administration and configuration. The Support team is able to respond to tickets within 24 hours, making them very reliable!
