It is very easy to access to the support and sales teams. Communication of both sales team and the support team is excellent. When we run tenders (purchase or sales) via the product, we mostly realize high cost reductions in our purchases. Runnin the tenders via Promena's product let us finalize the purchase or sales faster than usual and also makes the communication with the supplier which join the tender easier.
