The system is easy to navigate through to get an alert out to the personnel we need to have respond to issues. It works great for notifications to a large group as we have done during this pandemic. The options of phone, text, email, and all together works wonderful to make sure that the message is received. It was a great help contacting all employees during the hurricane IDA event by putting individuals in touch with everyone to help out with house and property damage.

Everbridge has worked well so far. During the recent hurricane we were able to alert staff via text, phone call and email the status of openings/closings, network status, and other key information.

Overall, the service has been reliable and is able to promptly issue the notifications and safety-related alerts we have needed to send. When we were initially setting up the service, the staff at InformaCast were consistently helpful and would readily get back to us on our questions and needs. The software is solid and has been consistently available when we need it.

Great system and solution - allows us to be proactive when it comes to downtime

The overall experience of the product was good. This product allocates every business with a financial score that helps to predict insolvency. This has helped me to gain more clarity in my business and grow it exponentially.

I am very happy with Rave for our emergency notifications. We find the interface very easy to use whether its mobile or on a computer. It's very quick to send out the notices and its never missed getting out a notification to anyone

We have a need to have corporate SMS and or email messages sent from our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and this was the right tool for the right price at the right time.

I do have a vert vast experience in this software, It is very useful software , It is microsoft oriented and seamlessly integrates with popular tools such as sharepoint, teams and power BI , lastly I want to give it seven stars but due to its unavailability I gave it 5 stars. Thank you.

This really helps to quickly and effectively communicate with the employees, customers and other stakeholders during emergencies and critical situations. It really helps to communicate with multiple channels at any time.

The platform stands out for its seamless integration into our existing processes. It's reliable when we need it most, although there are few areas where functionality coild be improved to make it even more versatile for diverse use cases

Safeture offers features such as two-way communication, location tracking and travel risk assessments to ensure the well being of employees, especially those traveling internationally. The ability to interact with various communication channels ensures that notifications reach employees no matter where they are.

The tool works best for incident communication and management. Haven't been overly impressed with its ability to integrate with other software.

Great service from the account management team. During the onboarding process, technical support was available when we needed it. Development of the tool based on our suggestions has been taken on board to make the admin of multiple parts of the business ring fenced which enhances how we can deploy in multiple areas.
