“Good products, bad support.”
Overall, our overall experience with InsightSoftware is nothing mind-blowing. Our account manager is wonderful, and the implementation/development team is also very good. However, the InsightSoftware accounting team is frustrating because they cannot seem to get the invoicing correct. And the application support is infuriating. No ticket we have submitted has ever been resolved with first-level support - it has always had to be escalated. The resolution process takes weeks when it should be hours or maybe days.
