The product is extremely flexible - expanding to meet our needs, giving us the power to create solutions at pace.

This is a difficult one, as I don't have 3 dislikes... If I was to pick one, it would be that some areas of the Admin UI are in need of an update, but work on this has begun, so is not really an issue for us.
