What do you like most about the product or service?

Having one consolidated invoice for circuits and managed services. MetTel handles communication with last mile providers to ensure installation and any service issues. MetTel's team will proactively open tickets with last mile circuit vendors in the event of trouble. Services generally performed as advertised.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

The Bruin portal can at times be very verbose. It takes some tinkering to dial in notifications subscriptions. The quoting process for new services is manual and can take some time to complete. Non-standard configurations of equipment can take some additional time to be implemented. From a support perspective, there are too many paths for opening tickets, and it is not always clear which one to choose. It would be helpful if there was a single-entry point for logging all support issues vs. relaying them through an account manager.
