We get great service from the team. GNOC works extremely hard to ensure that they are proactively monitoring the network and supporting resolution of incidents and requests. Our service management team interacts regularly with us to keep us abreast of any changes required in the environment.

Sify offers a wide range of services and one of them is Managed Network Services which i am using. Managing the complex network was a nightmare for me & require constant monitoring. But Sify reduced this burden and helped me make my network more secure, reliable & agile. With the help of Sify services i am able to optimize the performance of network & also downtime has been reduced to negligible time. It has greatly helped me in maintaining data integrity, protecting sensitive information & meet compliance.

I have 5 discrete services being provided - 2 of which are 3rd party supplied (domestically) and 3 are off shore. The offshore services have been high on the scale of delivery and value. The 3rd party services, until just recently, have been lower on the value scale.

The connectivity and collaboration with cloud based applications is superb, and seamless. The customer support is supportive and solve issues easily.

Kyndryl has diversified offering. Kyndryl Team also has awesome technical skills on Security products like Firewall, WAF.

NTT DATA has been our managed infrastructure services provider for 40 months. Recently we've added NTT GLOBAL to replace ATT WAN with new NTT fully managed SDWAN capabilities. NTT GLOBAL WAN team contract, planning and implementation have been strong.

Very good. Negotiated contracts and transitioned from another (failing) MSP 4 years ago, results were 100% better. No issues with core services, SLA's, service requests, ticket fulfillment are consistent, very few complaints from users/sites. Automated many processes.
