We really enjoy working with our account team. They are responsive and willing to work through issues as they arise. Having this connection has made a huge difference in our success. Presidio has also worked with us to match our change management process. This has been very helpful to ensure that changes are documented and approved, whether they are made by our team or by the Presidio team.
The customer service is very good and they are flexible with an institution of our size.
Knowledgable, team-oriented staff that collaborate exceptionally to face challenges of our enterprise networking in order to provide a solution that is both technically and financially sound. The tier 2 engineers are quick to adopt shared tools. Additionally, the tier 2 staff is hyper focused on different networking disciplines.
Presidio recently updated their customer facing ServiceNow portal to the case management module. We have found this more difficult to locate tickets. Behind the scenes, the Presidio team is using a different ticket number than what we see so that has created a fair amount of confusion.
As stated above, I would like to see better integration of the multiple products we purchase. Otherwise both services have proven to be very beneficial for us and allowed us to improve. Additionally, I would like to see more AI offerings that could help our staff constrained institution better leverage the tools we have.
There appears to be a high turnover rate of tier 1 engineers which can be a challenge with respect to acclimation to our network environment.
