Overall Comment:"Overall, this product has seemingly endless capabilities but is a master of none. Many of the capabilities feel disconnected and creating various views outside of tables is a challenge, however it is a great place for organizing, storing, and filtering information. One reason for choosing this tool was because of its reporting capabilities, which have proven so far to be basic and less robust than anticipated."

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

The adoption curve is steep for non-technical users and is not overly intuitive, which has made adoption by our team slow and ultimately unsuccessful to date. Assigning and billing of users is also unclear, as different levels of permissions and access are billed at various rates.
