What do you like most about the product or service?

Ease of task creation, assignment, and sharing. Working collaboratively with many teams. There are more and more AI features and automation is a game changer. Customizable dashboards: Each of my boards have different priorities in reporting / metrics, I like being able to swap views for each project, create page previews, and link to google drive. A centralized source of truth: keeps the team aligned and honest about progress. Ensures accountability and is easy to ping reminders.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

Inability to simply "check" a task off. It's a two step process every time I want to change the status of a task to in progress / complete. It's very unsatisfying to click once, scroll down to the "completed" status, and click again. Can drag and drop in the board view, but not the same. Whiteboards are a great addition, a free form play area to drop ideas and photos. However, they don't allow hyperlinks, which quite honestly makes it completely unusable for my needs. They've been saying for months they will fix it but that has not happened.
