All team member very well selectioned and credible people
Probably the vendor in Italy has not so many consultants to dedicate to different customers as it would be required, thus resulting in a constant struggle for efficiency, due to overbooking of the consultants.
The thing which i like the least is that they use same set of structure to work on a problem which does not bring anything unique for the client on the table.Their solutions are not flexible and cannot be customized if the market conditions change.
