We signed up for an auditing service for which we never confirmed the audit date. As well, the a-lign team did not deliver the prelim requirements beforehand. A-Lign then proceeded to give us a $X bill for rescheduling. We escalated the situation through two levels of management and then they threw their counsel on us. Our lawyers pointed out how they violated their statement of work and clearly did not confirm to their own schedule and did not confirm date with our team. The issue went away.
