Overall Comment:"The service did not deliver as promised... we paid a very high price for the service and because it never could have the functionality promised in sales and demos.. we even worked with their tech support team .. they promised to deliver the functionality .. sadly that never happened.. we had to use manual work arounds .. which defeated the purpose of using the service.. we paid for 9 months.. and stopped using it after 6 months... and they have now moved the whole thing to collections despite me stating repeatedly to every person in the company we dealt with to fix the issue so we paid for 9 months.. used 6 and they are still trying to collect money despite them mis representing the service on the demo and repeatedly trying tell us they would fix the functionality. "
