I appreciate the products strong ID verification capabilities, its ease of integration, and the clarity of their technical documentation. the platform performs reliably, and the 1Kosmos team is very responsive and professional.

Passwordless authentication and biometric verification which makes the login process both secure and convenient for users. Decentralized identity model - it gives users more control over their personal data and helps with compliance requirements. User friendly interface - Compared to some other IAM solutions, it's relatively easy to use once you get familiar with it.

The product and service solve our proofing needs, and open up possibilities to enhance our workflows, saving us time and effort in many different use-cases.

The main area where I see room for improvement is in expanding support for additional ID card types within their ID Proofing solution. While the existing coverage meets most of our current needs, broader and faster support for new document types would enhance the platform flexibility to cover all our ID verification use cases.

Documentation Gaps - While documentation is available, certain advanced configurations could be explained more clearly. Learning curve - understanding decentralized identity concepts may take time for teams who are new to this approach. There are a few areas where more flexibility or customization options would be helpful.

Nothing much, The products that we subscribe to are not off-the-shelf and require extensive use-case and requirements-gathering. This is not a detriment to our partners at 1Kosmos -- quite the opposite -- it highlights their agility and we value the time they afford us to get the job done right, regardless of the complexity.
