They were humble, curious and effective at partnering with us, challenging us and guiding us.
Even with her openness and suggestions, we did run into a few the system can't do that types of issues. Not the fault of 3DR, but frustrating to get a ways down the road only to realize you can't meet the full vision.
Overall we were pleased. With that said, there were times where they could have advocated for us with some of their partners.
