Consultant truly cared about our business needs and didn't just try to force us into a one-size fits all box.

They were humble, curious and effective at partnering with us, challenging us and guiding us.

Even with her openness and suggestions, we did run into a few the system can't do that types of issues. Not the fault of 3DR, but frustrating to get a ways down the road only to realize you can't meet the full vision.

Overall we were pleased. With that said, there were times where they could have advocated for us with some of their partners.

The vendor was very informed on the product and their process. Their approach to partnering with our organization was highly effective. They were prepared, engaged and felt like an extension of our team. We ran into some challenges and they partnered well with us to evaluate trade offs and make the right decisions for our organization.
