Out of the box functionalities cover all necessary processes in the standard insurance company. Good integration and support services with clear focus on customer requirements/needs. Excellent price/quality value.

at the beginning of the system implementation it took us some time to get to the right pace and understanding of the market specifics. but it was resolved by involvement of senior consultants from Adacta.
Referring to version 2.3: APIs for integration should be further extended to the claims module.

The vendor knows insurance processes very well and is responsive to our needs. We always had good support. The product is well rounded and covers all our needs. We were most impressed with time to market metric, since it is possible to bring new products and processes to the market very quickly. The product roadmap should cover our future needs, as well.
