The standard product (especially on individual lines) is rich enough to stay with the standard without customisation. Configuration of our insurance products can be done by ourselves, no coding required.
The configuration options, the stability and quality of the SaaS solution, the performance vs low cost, and the ability to rapidly go-to-market with new insurance offerings.

Company is not always punctual/reliable in living up to tasks/assignments.
New functional features which must be provided by Keylane require at least 6 months of waiting time, and the servicing / support is relatively slow to react. Maybe Keylane should partner up with a company more specialized in servicing?

The functionality Keylane provides through Axon has a high quality and is very reliable. We also use the SAAS proposition of the product which proves to be good service, reliability and scalibilty. We work together now for more than a decade. Our company was one of the first implementations of Axon (at that time called QIS (Quinity Insurance Solution). The implementation itself, but also the developments to the core system in a later stage proved Keylane to be a genuine partner in business. A world-class policy management solution, facing adolescence
Keylane's Axon solution is truly world-class for managing policies. SaaS takes the burden away, integration is smooth with different web services, and country-specific configuration (as well as the use of multiple languages) is fairly easy. Its biggest plus is the speed of going-to-market with new insurance products thanks to the tremendous configuration options. Keylane is a professional company with good products, the quality of delivery is not good
Keylane is a professional company with good products, the quality of delivery is not so good. Development skills are good, the process of testing and deployment is lacking. Keylane is willing to cooperate but do not keep there promisses. Delivery on time is an issue.
