While the transition of this orchestration product to CSG has gone smoothly and our account team has been supportive, the focus of CSG for the Xponent product has leaned heavily upon the Customer Care function, which is not our area of focus. Cloodot is a tool we use regularly to monitor and improve Salesforce data quality. It provides good visibility and control over data usage and governance. Overall, the experience is positive, although some features require time to fully master and the tool can feel complex for non-technical users

NotifyVisitor is a great tool that can be used with many communication platforms. The product is very easy to use and the quality of the reporting is exceptional.
