There are several aspects that I really appreciate about Aeqium! 1. The ability to customize, make adjustments and build in the compensation cycle module is amazing! Every aspect and calculation that we used to run in spreadsheets, we've accomplished and or improved through the platform. 2. NO MORE SPREADSHEETS! I think every Total Rewards leader understands the pain points associated with running cycles in spreadsheets - The shift to Aeqium has allowed us to save countless hours in managing these spreadsheets and now allows our team to focus on higher ROI conversations around compensation. 3. Their support team has been absolutely amazing. From onboarding and implementation to product requests that their team was able to mobilize quickly on - we've been extremely impressed in their responsiveness and their ability to support on various request items has been amazing.
There wasn't much I didn't like about the product. There were a couple of one off things that happened during the cycle but the Aeqium team was super quick to fix them. Aeqium worked to display everything we asked them to, there was one way we asked them to display equity that they weren't able to do in the exact way we asked for but overall we found a solution that worked.
Nothing major - would like to the main planning interface to look a bit less like a spreadsheet; ability to utilize colors and other formatting to differentiate columns and draw users to key areas
1. Navigating salary band transparency. Given the laws and requirements around salary band transparency and the potential nuances of how your company navigates these requirements, it can be hard to solve at scale. Aeqium is largely built as all or nothing on this front (or manually managed by band which is hard to scale) 2.Navigating Salary band management - While it's relatively easy to add salary bands to the platform as a company that is in 20 countries and consistently adding new salary bands, it can be rather cumbersome to have multiple sources of truth regarding salary bands and creates redundant work in maintaining.
