Epic Kanban board is really awesome. Team rooms is an another excellent tool for tracking project.
I like that it is easy to customize. Portfolio planning option. Other than that I do not see this as a product to be implemented in big size companies. Good for Agile environments
The ability to track multiple project at a single place. Also I like the filterable pages including storyboards and taskboards. its easy to download the data .Also support of different document with different formats
Its very slow while laoding issues and widgets.
It is very slow The look and feel isn't the best and user friendly I am saying these because, I have worked with similar tools and it is fun when the look and feel is great. This makes it slow.
It consumes a lot of resources and hence very slow. Cost is also another concern. Support team also respond sometime very late and sometime very irrelevant .

Hard to grasp at the beginning
It can be quite confusing when you start using it because it is not that intuitive, we even give version one training because it is not that easy to understand but once you understand how it works it is really helpful to control your team and your backlog, the way you control story point or your stories are very customizable and that can be a good thing but if you are a fan of doing things one way I would not really recommend it. - Senior Consultant10B+ USDBankingReview Source
