Rally supports us in the administration of our Agile way of working throughout the whole organization. I only use it to follow up on my own user stories, the other Agile roles use it to have a Squad view or an Epic view. Our Product Owner and Scrum Master make use of the built-in reporting capabilities. We have a dedicated Squad that provides company-wide reports at different granularity (eg by Tribe) for all to use.

Rally has quite a user friendly interface, so making it easy and smooth for all to use. Its caters to the need of different variety , whether its dev, QA or BA, specific functionality is supported on Rally. linking of stories , reviews is another feature along with option to drag and drop to change the status of the card. The integration of CI/CD like jenkins , is another cool feature.
