The platform is very configurable - right the way down to the navigation level - allowing us to customise how the product looks and the language used to best suit our requirements. Even better, the changes cascade through the platform so you don't have to perform the same changes in different modules, saving time and avoiding any confusion over terminology applied. There are a lot of online help articles available as well as video tutorials going through user processes and providing guidance on setup and configuration within the system. This helped me to work independently to get the initial setup in place before regrouping with the account manager to finalise the build.
The ability to link through jira tickets and epics is great. The depth of features is also great as it allows you to create lots of different displays easily when set up correctly. My favourite thing is probably though how easy it is to build a roadmap view and update seamlessly in real time with different teams whilst on a weekly programme call.
Aha! allows for all stages of product planning to happen in one place, some key features we are using are the strategy tab, where we can set specific and measurable goals, the ideas portal, where we can collect user feedback and easily promote that feedback into new features, and the knowledge base, where we can publish documentation on our product for team members.
Whilst slow, the built-in AI assistant does give clear stepwise solutions, it would be nice to have images to exemplify the steps. I was surprised to learn that some integrations require a third party application but this was not a deal breaker for us, but that is why I marked it down on integration and capabilities scores.
The UI is horrendous and I think this is largely due to how customisable it is. This is a real double edged sword as it means it's super flexible to your needs but also means there are endless dropdowns and boxes to fill in which makes it easy to get lost.
it is somewhat complicated to customize the tool, although more use might make this easier, it's not the most intuitive when starting out. The trial period could be longer to allow for more time to understand how the tool fits into our process before making a final decision.
