Performance of Aha! Across Market Features

The platform is very configurable - right the way down to the navigation level - allowing us to customise how the product looks and the language used to best suit our requirements. Even better, the changes cascade through the platform so you don't have to perform the same changes in different modules, saving time and avoiding any confusion over terminology applied. There are a lot of online help articles available as well as video tutorials going through user processes and providing guidance on setup and configuration within the system. This helped me to work independently to get the initial setup in place before regrouping with the account manager to finalise the build.
The ability to link through jira tickets and epics is great. The depth of features is also great as it allows you to create lots of different displays easily when set up correctly. My favourite thing is probably though how easy it is to build a roadmap view and update seamlessly in real time with different teams whilst on a weekly programme call.
Aha! allows for all stages of product planning to happen in one place, some key features we are using are the strategy tab, where we can set specific and measurable goals, the ideas portal, where we can collect user feedback and easily promote that feedback into new features, and the knowledge base, where we can publish documentation on our product for team members.
Whilst slow, the built-in AI assistant does give clear stepwise solutions, it would be nice to have images to exemplify the steps. I was surprised to learn that some integrations require a third party application but this was not a deal breaker for us, but that is why I marked it down on integration and capabilities scores.
The UI is horrendous and I think this is largely due to how customisable it is. This is a real double edged sword as it means it's super flexible to your needs but also means there are endless dropdowns and boxes to fill in which makes it easy to get lost.
it is somewhat complicated to customize the tool, although more use might make this easier, it's not the most intuitive when starting out. The trial period could be longer to allow for more time to understand how the tool fits into our process before making a final decision.

A simple looking platform with a surprising depth of features.
Our account manager was very responsive and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the product. They quickly organised meetings to understand our requirements and what we were trying to achieve with the platform. They took the time to understand the context of the business and asked insightful questions to fill in the extra detail needed to refine their advice. Where possible they used live demonstrations and walk-throughs of scenarios to exemplify the features available and define the most relevant configuration for our needs. - PRODUCT MANAGER10B+ USDRetailReview Source
Aha's Roadmap Visualization: A Valuable But Complex Tool
Aha is a real interesting one. On one hand when used correctly, it can provide great roadmap visualisation that can be used to coordinate teams and highlight strategic views. But on the other hand, the UI is PAINFUL and the upskilling process to get comfortable using it is not easy. So at a high-level, I'd say it's got the potential to be great but unless everyone in your org is trained, it is a bit point of friction. - Product Specialist50M-1B USDRetailReview Source
Exploring Aha!'s Potential in Streamlining Workflow and Information Organization
Our product team has just recently started using Aha! to streamline our workflow and keep information organized in one spot. Our experience so far has been great - we got a lot of support from the Aha! reps in evaluating and learning about the platform, and have found that it caters well to our needs. - DEPARTEMENT MANAGER50M-1B USDServices (non-Government)Review Source

Feature-rich Product planning tool, with great support but unintuitive customization
AHA is an excellent product management tool with an extensive feature set, capable of planning products through their lifecycle from strategy to ideation to feature backlogs and roadmaps. The interface is easy to use, but navigation through the "workspace" hierarchy and its extensive customization is unintuitive and difficult to learn. Support is excellent, with many articles and how-tos on line, and a very responsive support organization.
