Our account manager was very responsive and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the product. They quickly organised meetings to understand our requirements and what we were trying to achieve with the platform. They took the time to understand the context of the business and asked insightful questions to fill in the extra detail needed to refine their advice. Where possible they used live demonstrations and walk-throughs of scenarios to exemplify the features available and define the most relevant configuration for our needs.

Aha is a real interesting one. On one hand when used correctly, it can provide great roadmap visualisation that can be used to coordinate teams and highlight strategic views. But on the other hand, the UI is PAINFUL and the upskilling process to get comfortable using it is not easy. So at a high-level, I'd say it's got the potential to be great but unless everyone in your org is trained, it is a bit point of friction.
