One of the things that I like very much with Airfocus is the ability to create product planning and strategy planning card with the help of pre built templates. Also, the timeline view is very much refreshing and helpful and I like that very much. Additionally, creating sub-tasks and looping in other team members is pretty simple and quick with Airfocus.
One of the most important features of Airfocus is the Priority Poker feature that helps the team make collaborative prioritisation easy and makes it fun as well. The team member can customise the feature configurations like views, fields etc to fit the needs of the team's goals and objectives of the process. The customer and technical support from the Airfocus team is very prompt and helpful.

The Kanban board view needs some improvement and some customizations could be introduced. Apart from that I do not have any significant issues or complaints with Airfocus.
The user interface is slightly overwhelming for the beginners but the software has regular updates on the improvements, which I hope, eventually, it will be better. Overall, the product is good and helpful, however the cost is on the higher side.
- Relative high licence price - Missing versioning functionality - In the standard version limitied options to manage the users within the systems.
