The api documentation could be more detailed and developer friendly as most of time we need to spend a lot of time in small fixes during the integration, the pricing structure of Iot isn't very clear and upfront.
Main issues and weaknesses are too many, a few of which are listed below - 1. Slow System Overhaul and that too unexpectedly 2. Complex contracts and no transparency 3. Not too advanced of an architecture
There are some gaps which I really dislike and need to improve are:- 1. The portal occasionally loads slowly when managing large data volumes. 2. Onboarding and activation could be faster. 3. Reporting features can be improved with more detailed insights.
