The fallback across networks has saved me a couple of times when coverage was weak. Security and SIM lifecycle handling feels solid and gives me some peace of mind The portal actually helps a lot with the monitoring usage and activating or deactivating SIM quickly.
The main drawback is the support for international operations. Global Support sometimes takes longer than expected to resolve issues. Also, the reporting tools could be more advanced, right now they require manual work to integrate with our internal analytics system.
Cost
Outages are painful and recovery feels slower. The portal is powerful, but it takes a while to get used to it Roaming in some regions isnt smooth, device sometimes drop connectivity when moving around.
