What I like most about the Vodafone Managed IOT services is managing all our devices & all our sim cards at one single platform is a great plus point. I feel this service works well in many countries, which is great for the global needs. It also provides strong network coverage & good customer support facilites.
The service can easily support a growth in our business, scaling up and down as necessary. We had to contact customer support, and it was easy to do so - we got through to a human very quickly!
I like the customer support as it's very fast paced and available. The pricing is really affordable for most of their packages. The actual service is better than competitors and far cheaper too.
I feel pricing will go higher if we are not careful about the usage of data consumption, moreover i am worried about the speed regulations with the different countries.
The initial setup and onboarding of new devices can be a little tricky - we've hired someone whose job it is to primarily perform this. Some of the analytics features are a little hazy, and we could do with having clearer breakdowns on the platform.
At times the service can drop out for short periods. Sometimes the customer service isn't very clear. Some of the packages they offer are expensive.
