There are many things I like about Aisera's products and services. To start, they are its integration with other tools, flexibility and functionality, and customer support team. Aisera's ability to integrate with a wide array of other tools is a major advantage, enhancing our overall productivity and efficiency. Within my organization, we've utilized virtual agent, knowledge management, and custom APIs to connect and enable a unified workflow. Lastly, the customer support team we work with has been awesome. The reps have all been great and continuously go out of their way to provide endless support.
More customization for UI. Integration with some systems could be better.
Support ticket resolution can take a long time.
One of the downsides of using Aisera is the manual overhear and backend work needed to get the most out of its functionality. For example, recently, we have been working with our customer support team to implement service catalogs within our chatbot. Some of them have taken a lot longer than expected due to the integration of specific inputs and triggers between our applications and the responses we anticipated for our users. This also brings up another dislike regarding Aisera involving time constraints and team members' available resources. Our assigned team is wonderful; however, they can only do so much within the given time frame.
