The biggest deciding factor in moving all of our cloud services to Linode was their support. They are always quick to respond, and often go above and beyond in providing additional context, information, or options we hadn't considered.
India options for data centers and PaaS services.
Easy to use. Great value. Excellent support.
We operate in Canada, so not having the option to be billed in Canadian dollars makes budgeting and forecasting a little more difficult due to the fluctuating exchange rate.
Difficult to find relevant info in the public doc.
Some missing features have forced us to do workarounds, but we still make it work.
