The Guardicore experience we received from start to finish was impeccable. Normally after signing on the dotted line, we never hear from the sales team again and everything goes downhill, however this was not the case. The experience was flawless all the way through from start to finish. Now that we are up and running, the post support has also been exceptional - 10/10. Being based in Australia, the team assigned to us was outstanding and in are time zone, even if they did not know the answer to something they would have it by the start off business the next day and a detailed answer as well not some cut and past job from a text book,

We selected Guardicore after a wide industry review of all solutions and determined that Guardicore was a market leading product. We have had challenges with the implementation which relate to the scale of our organisation and the level of documentation we hold on our systems. Overall we believe Guardicore is an industry leading product but customers should be very aware of the challenges and obligations on their side during an enterprise implementation.
