The UI & Filters make life so easy when working on the product, compared to other products we POC and tested it was a clear standout The roadmap for the product was clear and we were lucky enough to be part of a Trial Feature for are roll out and were working directly with the Developers who would turn around any issue within 24 hours and it made are roll out so easy - so guys Watch out for the Policy Generator being realised soon for deployment of new Rulesets it cuts down time from Months to days, This was are 2nd go at Micro segmentation as the old vendor went bust - the 1st time it took over 18 months to roll out - with Guardicore it took 5 weeks for over 600 servers From 1st Agent install to are Last App going in to block mode
The account management team have been really knowledgeable and helpful. Professional services have embedded themselves as part of our team and have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. The quality of professional services excels in comparison to most other vendors.
I appreciate the flexibility in applying Labels, which enables multiple possibilities for segmentation and control. Additionally, the speed at which rules and modules can be configured and applied makes the workflow more efficient. The visibility of the environment at the communication level, with a focus on lateral movement, bad reputation and policy violation, provides an important protection aligned with the Zero Trust concept, ensuring that communication can only occur under specific conditions, this is incredible. The support team is excellent too.

There are some limitations with the platform when segmentation policies need to refer to devices without an agent or orchestration.
We had some challenges in ensuring agent compatibility with AIX machines, which limits coverage in certain scenarios (layer limitation for example). Additionally, recurring Enforcement Missing KO issues arise when keeping OS kernels up to date in the environment, sometimes requiring support tickets to resolve, but usually much faster to complete.
