I like that the tool protects our login credentials. The MFA is more than the traditional OTP. It protects against phishing and our data is always protected from data breaches.

Completely open to changes and custom services for authentication. It supports the vast majority of use cases and Akamai support is excellent.

Availability of more advanced multi-factor authentication capabilities systems. The product has multi-device support and the availability of modern push notification systems.

No flaws to report. Everything about Akamai MFA is great.

No additional value in the product. Expensive if you compare with other equivalent solutions and the integration with the rest of the Akamai suite could be better.

Based on my 3 years of experience, Akamai MFA is good user authentication software. No hatred
