Akeyless do provide really good platform to store the secrets in a very encrypted manner using it's Zero Knowledge encryption. RBAC controls are no exception, very nice structured controls and easy to use or provision access to. Along with that it do provide really good API documentation to integrate it within apps

It's Encryption technology is out of box storing the encrypted key fragments in customer environment where even Akeyless can't decrypt the secrets unless the customer fragment is there.

Highly impressed with Akeyless's strong security features and seamless integration capabilities. Its top tear solution.

The ability to manage secrets without migrating them to new system

Everytime we tried integrating it into new app or environment, we had to reachout to support to get their help as can't easily interpret how to setup things. Along with that, multiple times there were bugs identified while rolling this out to our apps and with help of support those bugs were fixed. There is not a easy way to authenticate with tool during runtime have to hardcode the access key and secret key to authenticate. JWT is helpful in only certain scenerios. the IP restriction sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

UI Could be more intuitive. The biggest challenge is alert fatigue from the out of the box policies.
